Optimise Education Ltd will make reasonable efforts to email examination results within fourteen (14) days of the exam date. If you do not receive results within this timeframe, it is your responsibility to contact us promptly. Optimise Education Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses or technical issues beyond its control.
Cancellations are permitted within fourteen (14) days of booking confirmation. After this period, refunds will not be granted except for official cancellations by Optimise Education Ltd. Written notice is required for all cancellation requests.
If Optimise Education Ltd cancels a session, we will notify participants as soon as possible and issue a full refund within fourteen (14) days of the cancellation.
Participants must disclose any relevant medical conditions during the booking process. While every effort will be made to accommodate individual needs, accommodation cannot be guaranteed in all cases.
